How to Order

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express through the PayPal merchant services program. If you have a PayPal account, you may use that for your payment. We do not charge your credit card until your products ship.
We use the Authorization method with our PayPal merchant services program. This means that when you checkout, your account has been authorized for the total. Nothing actually is charged to you account until we make sure that we have everything you have ordered. When we ship your products, we THEN charge your card.
Sales Tax will be added to all orders placed from within South Dakota at the rate of 6%. International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
We will process all orders and ship within 2 business days, except for holidays. If, for some reason we are unable to do so, we will contact you to let you know.
Please indicate when ordering if you would ~ like us to send what we have ~ call you ~ or cancel the order.
If not all of your products are in stock at the time we receive your order, we will call you to find out how you would like us to process your order. We can wait until all items are in stock, or we can send a partial shipment. If an item says "out of stock", we can usually order more.
We are based in the United States and our shipping is standard US postal service. Normal delivery is between 5-10 business days in the mainland US. We normally ship Priority Mail, please call us at +1-605.662.5758 if you would like other shipment. We will make every effort to accommodate you. Please note that UPS can only deliver to a street address – not to PO Boxes, rural routes, or general delivery addresses. Shipping overseas is a minimun $25.00. We can ship a total of 8 yards of fabric in a Flat Rate Envelope. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or other foreign countries, prices will be determined upon shipment.
Nuts & Bolts Fabric Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost after leaving the premises. Based on years of experience, we strongly recommend inquiring about insurance (insuring your order) at least for International Packages. Many times this will only cost $5-$10 dollars, depending on the order size and destination.
We try to keep our shipping rates as low as possible. Our shipping rates include our labor, postage fees, boxes, packing materials, labels and everything required to process and package your order.
Sorry, no returns on patterns or books or kits. Each kit contains the pattern and all the fabric necessary to complete the top, unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to substitute fabrics when necessary. All substitutions will be similar in tone and pattern. If your items are damaged from shipping, file a claim immediately with the shipper (remember to keep all packaging materials).
