Log Cabin Quilt Class - Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022

With fall on the way, it will soon be time for pulling out the flannel shirts, so let's Go Logging!

On Saturday, October 1st, Connie will be teaching an all-day Log Cabin class.  This is an easy class for those looking to have a fun day and learn one of the classic blocks of quilting.

Log Cabin blocks are typically half light fabric and half dark fabric surrounding a starting square known as the "hearth".  There are lots of settings using these blocks so you can really make it your own!

The cost will be $25 dollars for the day, and your pattern will be provided.  As always, any fabric or notions purchased for the class from Nuts and Bolts will be eligible for a 20% discount.  We will break for lunch, so bring you lunch, drinks and a snack if you like. The shop will have coffee, water, eating utencils (silverware/plates).

Once you have signed up, we will provide you with yardage information, class requirements, and any class preparations.  See you there!!

Sign up now. This is sure to fill up fast. This is a great way to start out knowing the basics and building your own style.  I will include more information & pictures later this week.  Please call the shop for details. Log Cabin is a great pattern for the beginner up to advanced.
