We always try to ship within 24 hrs. You will receive an e-mail regarding any changes or delays with an order, eg: temporarily out of stock, custom cutting of fabric packs, etc. After you place your order, please check your e-mail for confirmation. As we process your order, any questions we may have will be sent to you through e-mail. Look for any messages from Nuts & Bolts Fabric Shop regarding your order and let us hear from you as soon as possible.
Our Return Policy: 1. We thoroughly examine all merchandise before it leaves our shop to insure that we are shipping you a perfect order. 2. A customer may not return any items without the prior and direct authorization of Nuts & Bolts Fabric Shop. Books and patterns MAY NOT be returned. If you discover a problem with an item, please contact us by e-mail and we will work with you to resolve the situation. WE WANT HAPPY CUSTOMERS. If it's our mistake, we will pay for return shipping, otherwise it will be your responsibility to send it back to us. Please remember there are NO returns on books or patterns.

When paying thru PAYPAL, please make sure your email address is entered correctly.

Shipping Information

If you wish to use actual shipping rates, please email or call before completing your transaction. Fabric weighs about 7 oz. per yard (average, excluding flannel, pre-quilted & wide back). If you would like to estimate actual shipping go to www.usps.com , enter zip codes & weight to see charges.

All domestic shipments sent USPS Priority Mail except purchases under $10.00 which are sent first class mail. If you want other shipping arrangements, let us know in the comments section of your order. Additional charges may apply. Insurance is available for any order, and is encouraged as we can’t be responsible for the Post Office. Let us know if you want it in the comments section of your order and we will add the applicable charges.  
 
Larger & bulkier items may incur a higher cost. Items that DO NOT fit into a Priority Flat Rate box. We will adjust your invoice manually.  We will do our best to ship the cheapest way possible.
